Attitudinal, emotional and behavioural changes take time. It requires motivation, practice and feedback.

When a training program has finished, although participants leave highly motivated, too often they fail to put the strategies and skills they have learnt into practice. And those that do may fail on their first attempt and give up, reverting back to old ways. The learning is eventually forgotten, and the training has been a waste of time and money.

Coaching is an effective way to reinforce the learning gained in a workshop, and iron out any problems you have in applying your new skills.

Having a business coach is like having a personal tutor or mentor to guide you through your workday. We often provide coaching over the phone, so it fits around your busy schedule.

"If people knew how hard I work to gain my mastery, it would not seems so wonderful at all." - Michaelangelo
"The greatest discovery of my generation is that a human being can later his life by altering his attitudes of mind." - William James

We provide two types of coaching:

  • Individual coaching after each workshop – this means each participant in the training program is involved in one-on-one post-workshop consultations with us to discuss how the application of training is going.
  • Leadership and management coaching so that you can coach others – we aim to hand over the coaching role to you, empowering your workplace to become independent, resilient and engage in regular feedback sessions.

We can also provide you with coaching, regardless of whether you have attended a workshop. Contact us and together we can create a tailored coaching program to meet your needs.
