Jerzy Fraczek
Background
Jerzy Fraczek specialises in the design and delivery of development programs specifically in the areas of Project Management, Team Work and Team Based Problem Solving. Balancing the needs of individuals with the organisations culture, Jerzy’s programs have helped organisations to successfully develop their peoples’ teamwork, creativity, leadership skills and technical know-how.
Jerzy has over 20 years of practical experience working with leaders and project teams. Founder of NDP Consulting, Jerzy has previously headed up the Quality divisions of Peter R Breed & Partners and P-E Handley Walker Pty Ltd in Australia. In Europe and the Middle East, he worked for P-E International, Philips Industries and Mullards Ltd.
Jerzy's career began in Systems Analysis and design of computer-based systems. This systems background has provided him with a rich source of knowledge related to the importance of the ‘people side’ of Project Management, Teamwork, Systems Design and Training and Development.
Having worked across a broad range of industry sectors, in small to large companies, Jerzy is equally at ease working alongside shop-floor personnel as he is with board directors. His calm, highly practical approach to project work is reflected in his coaching, and training style.
Jerzy has had several articles published in professional journals and has spoken at, and chaired, a number of business conferences.
